My passion is helping businesses, business leaders and business teams develop to new levels of responsible and sustainable performance.

I love helping others to reach higher potential through providing safe, fun and productive learning.

I started my coaching career in 2006. Since then I have coached numerous executives on a spectrum from CEO downwards, helping them move to new levels of understanding and results.

Facilitation Background

I started facilitating in 2015 and have facilitated learning in the business school environment as well as for bespoke company programmes.

Also facilitate team and group discussions. 

 

Business Background

I have been in leadership roles virtually the whole of my 30 year business career, ranging from 1000+, multi branch/multi billion turnover companies to one man startups.

A trained engineer, I have worked in construction, manufacturing, supply chain and services sectors.

Award winning company whilst I was MD, including DTi Top 300, Best Company To Work For Sectoral Winner and PMR (Diamond and Gold).

Focus was always on growing the business by growing the people.
